I understand that I am responsible for any international customs and duties fees once my order reaches the destination country. Printing, Shipping Details for Books and Other Physical Products

Printing

Please allow 5 days for printing ahead of shipping. You will receive a notification once your parcel has shipped.

Our books and stationery products are shipped directly from our warehouse and use USPS for all shipping. Please double check all email and shipping details are correct to avoid unnecessary delays or complications. 

Costs

USA 

  • Flat rate of $15 AUD ($11.00 USD) 

International

  • Up to 1kg: $25 (AUD)
  • Up to 1.5kg $35

Some countries may charge customs fees for handling and processing: we are not responsible for these fees.  Some countries such as the UK and EU may charge VAT fees in which case, please use the relevant VAT number to expedite processing through customs.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary significantly, especially since COVID.

  • Domestic shipping: please allow up to 5-6 days. 
  • For all International orders, please allow up to 14 business days (not weekends). 
  • Please allow 5-6 days for printing.

Tracking is available: once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email from shipping notifying you. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are not offered for digital products. No refunds or exchanges are offered for physical products unless there is something wrong with the order – photographs are required. Please email for further information.
